Clear your cache and cookies
Because Serbonika is a web-based platform, clearing your cache and cookies can resolve a lot of issues including problems with Single Sign-On (SSO). For exact steps, see our article on Clear Browser Cache and Cookies tab.
Check the email address you’re using to log in
You can check to see what email address is associated with your Serbonika account on your Account Settings page.
Check for a deleted account
If you see a message about being connected to a deleted account, or see deleted-account in front of your email address, you’ll need to check with your learning program’s admin for help.

Can’t submit assignment
If you’re having trouble submitting an assignment, make sure:

No grade for an assignment
If you submitted an assignment, but don’t see a grade for it:
Misunderstandings or disagreement with grade
If you have a grade for an assignment that you don’t understand or you think is unfair:
The courses you’ve enrolled in appear in the in the Progress tab. You can look through My Account page from Progress tab.

When you sign up for an account, we send an email with a link that lets you verify the account.
You can check to see what email address is associated with your Serbonika account on your Account Settings page.If you can’t find the verification email, try searching your email inbox for “Please verify your email address”. Remember to check your spam folder and ensure you’re logged into the inbox for the email you used to create your account.

After you clear your cache and cookies
After you clear your cache and cookies, you’ll need to re-enter your Serbonika login information. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it.
Once you’ve logged into your Serbonika account, you can check to see if your issue is resolved. If you still need help, contact us.
Try an incognito browser
If you don’t want to clear your cache and cookies, you can also try using a private or incognito browser. After opening an incognito or private window in your internet browser, you will need to log into Serbonika again. If your problem is solved when using private or incognito mode, it can also be solved by clearing your cache and cookies.
